Jill brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in Property Management. Originally from the Seattle area, she graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Jill has worked in the Human Resources and Legal industry for over 15 years. She has worked for several technology companies over the years including Microsoft where she did recruiting and was responsible for employee relations and program management.
Most recently, she worked as a Property Manager for a wide array of Homeowner’s Associations in the Kona area. She has also done accounting and bookkeeping for numerous local businesses on the island of Hawaii including a vacation rental company. This experience has given her familiarity with vacation rental management, budget preparation and financial management, recruiting, training and supervising employees, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, health, and safety standards. She is a creative thinker, problem solver, and decision maker who can effectively balance the needs of people resources with the mission of organization and task management.
Jill moved to the Big Island 6 years ago with her family. In her free time Jill enjoys running, hiking, and spending time exploring the island with her 3 beautiful girls ages 6, 9, and 11.
