Had everything we need for a quick lunch or dinner before a day of exploring! In a great location for walking around for dinner, shopping and beach! Competitive parking but the staff was wonderful helping find alternative parking. The host had a fantastic welcome book full of activities, restaurants and Hawaiian saying! Loved our stay!

Great place in the heart of Kailua Kona, walkable to everything on Alii Drive. Host was very responsive and helpful! I recommend and look forward to another stay.
Not quite 5 starts but rounds up to that and no 4.75 offered. I am pretty picky on property management companies as I owned my own for 25 years in a different state. I have used other companies both in Hawaii and other states and First Island is the best there is around (since I sold my company 😉)! Good reporting and payments always on time. Select great tenants. Work well with tenants and guests to keep them happy, paying and returning. Should I decide to sell–First Island is at the top of my list to list!
